EERC orders MainPower to compensate customers on 60 feeders that failed SBT service obligations in Feb–Apr 2026, superseding an earlier downgrade directive. Compensation: 25% of estimated billing caps, paid in energy units, within 3 months from 1st Aug 2026. ₦1,000,000 sanction imposed on MainPower for non-compliance; future breaches attract up to ₦500,000/day penalty.
