1. This regulatory instrument may be cited as the Order on the Capping of
Estimated Bills for MainPower Electricity Distribution Limited.
Commencement
2. This Order:
a. shall take effect from 1
st June 2026 and shall cease to have effect on the
issuance of a new order on the same subject by the Commission.
b. repeals and replaces Order No. EERC/2025/004 (Order on the Capping
of Estimated Bills to Unmetered Customers of MainPower Electricity
Distribution Limited) that was issued by the Commission on 22nd August
2025.
